I’ve been waiting for Evie’s story， and it did not disappoint！ In the other books in the series， Evie was such a fun character， and she had just as much spunk and feistiness in this book！ Reginald is the perfect match for Evie， but Evie is convinced that they shouldn’t be together。 I love how Reginald doesn’t give up and continues to fight for her。 Lots of romance， adventure and mystery， which makes for the perfect addition to this series。

Highly enjoyable storyline and characters。 Evie is wonderful as a lady and a spy。 Reginald her lifelong friend and now unwanted partner is great as a spy but cowardly when it comes to his true feelings for Evie。 Their mission is dangerous and if they can work together， without driving each other crazy， they and their fellow spy friends will complete their mission。 The question is if Reginald will admit his feelings before it is too late。
